【英文メールの書き方】通知


Dear Sir,

Microsoft is pleased to annouce the opening for an office in Osaka,Japan, on May 18,2007.
The new office will be headed by Kim Shawn, presently manager of Marketing Division.
The new address is 9F-1 no.188 Osaka road Osaka-shi Osaka-fu,Japan.



キーポイント:
be pleased to annouce~

喜んで通知します。 pleased は「幸せ」的なニュアンスの形容詞なので省いてもOKです。

infrom that + 句 か infrom of + 名詞 で使用できます。

Have been rescheduled for ~

予定が変更しました。  scheduleは予定とかスケジュールですのでreを頭に付ければまたスケジュールが
変わったの意味になります。for の 後ろに変更した予定を入れます。
